THE BUILDING

On Wednesday, September 30 2015 “Villa Montserrat” was bought for € 360.000.

The 424.82 m2 plot contains a beautiful four story building plus a turret, from which one can see the most beautiful sights of Granada, Sierra Nevada, La Alhambra and La Vega. It also holds a garden and a garage.

Once it has been renovated, the Villa will have 9 bedrooms for residents, a gompa of 37 m2 open to the first floor terrace next to it, a library, a shop and a social area, kitchen and dining room.

PHASE I:

The work of demolition, removal of rubble and collection of materials, by the friends of the sangha has meant a € 17.098,62 savings In this phase.

FASE II:

Interior cladding and flooring, doors
